Hebrew Text— 2 Samuel 22:50Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations, and will sing praises to your name.

and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written, “Therefore I will give praise to you among the Gentiles and sing to your name.”
Or is God the God of Jews only? Isn’t he the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also,
Who wouldn’t fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you only are holy. For all the nations will come and worship before you. For your righteous acts have been revealed.”
I will give thanks to you, Lord, among the peoples. I will sing praises to you among the nations.
But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress.
All nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord. They shall glorify your name.
But when the multitudes saw it, they marveled and glorified God, who had given such authority to men.
Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened.
However God’s firm foundation stands, having this seal, “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Let every one who names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.”
having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation.
Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold of the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and brought it into the Tent of Meeting for a memorial for the children of Israel before Yahweh.

Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations, and will sing praises to your name.
to the end that my heart may sing praise to you, and not be silent. Yahweh my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
I will give you thanks in the great assembly. I will praise you among many people.
Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
Say among the nations, “Yahweh reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.
My heart is steadfast, God. I will sing and I will make music with my soul.
I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations. I will sing praises to you among the peoples.
All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth.
A multitude of camels will cover you, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah. All from Sheba will come. They will bring gold and frankincense, and will proclaim the praises of Yahweh.
When they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
For it is written, “ ‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.’ ”
Therefore accept one another, even as Christ also accepted you, to the glory of God.
and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
I command you before God, who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate testified the good confession,
Through him, then, let’s offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which proclaim allegiance to his name.
