When they came to the place that is called “The Skull”, they crucified him there with the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left.

Now when the wall was built, and I had set up the doors, and the gatekeepers and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
The priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.
I will extol you, Yahweh, for you have raised me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, and rely on horses, and trust in chariots because they are many, and in horsemen because they are very strong, but they don’t look to the Holy One of Israel, and they don’t seek Yahweh!

The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.
And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”
Thomas answered him, “My Lord and my God!”
When he came to the stairs, he was carried by the soldiers because of the violence of the crowd;

Between the ascent of the corner and the sheep gate, the goldsmiths and the merchants made repairs.
You saw the breaches of David’s city, that they were many; and you gathered together the waters of the lower pool.
You also made a reservoir between the two walls for the water of the old pool. But you didn’t look to him who had done this, neither did you have respect for him who planed it long ago.
You will come from your place out of the uttermost parts of the north, you, and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army.

When he had given him permission, Paul, standing on the stairs, beckoned with his hand to the people. When there was a great silence, he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, saying,
