Jesus said to them, “Most certainly I tell you that you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on the throne of his glory, you also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
When he came near, he saw the city and wept over it,
“Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”
For whoever does the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.”
In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.
For this is the will of God, that by well-doing you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Again, a second time he went away, and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cup can’t pass away from me unless I drink it, your desire be done.”
Being asked by the Pharisees when God’s Kingdom would come, he answered them, “God’s Kingdom doesn’t come with observation;
Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.
Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart,
For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality,
For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”
So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.
This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Therefore when they had come together, they asked him, “Lord, are you now restoring the kingdom to Israel?”
make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
Then the king asked her, “What would you like, queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given you even to the half of the kingdom.”
Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.
Yahweh says to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool for your feet.”
For the Lord Yahweh will help me. Therefore I have not been confounded. Therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I won’t be disappointed.
Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.’
He set another parable before them, saying, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field,
He said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
In that hour the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”
When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews weeping who came with her, he groaned in the spirit, and was troubled,
For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don’t cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
Then I said, ‘Behold, I have come (in the scroll of the book it is written of me) to do your will, O God.’ ”
that you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.
but in very deed—as I live, and as all the earth shall be filled with Yahweh’s glory—
In Gibeon, Yahweh appeared to Solomon in a dream by night; and God said, “Ask for what I should give you.”
You are Yahweh, even you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their army, the earth and all things that are on it, the seas and all that is in them, and you preserve them all. The army of heaven worships you.
They shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Sheba. Men shall pray for him continually. They shall bless him all day long.
He will not shout, nor raise his voice, nor cause it to be heard in the street.
But if you will not hear it, my soul will weep in secret for your pride. My eye will weep bitterly, and run down with tears, because Yahweh’s flock has been taken captive.
All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can stop his hand, or ask him, “What are you doing?”
From that time, Jesus began to preach, and to say, “Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”
Jesus answered them, “Elijah indeed comes first, and will restore all things,
“For the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who was the master of a household, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
Jesus stood still, and called them, and asked, “What do you want me to do for you?”
For whoever does the will of God is my brother, my sister, and mother.”
When the daughter of Herodias herself came in and danced, she pleased Herod and those sitting with him. The king said to the young lady, “Ask me whatever you want, and I will give it to you.”
They were on the way, going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus was going in front of them, and they were amazed; and those who followed were afraid. He again took the twelve, and began to tell them the things that were going to happen to him.
He went on his way through cities and villages, teaching, and traveling on to Jerusalem.
The law and the prophets were until John. From that time the Good News of God’s Kingdom is preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.
The Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you would tell this sycamore tree, ‘Be uprooted, and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
As he was on his way to Jerusalem, he was passing along the borders of Samaria and Galilee.
He took the twelve aside, and said to them, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and all the things that are written through the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be completed.
Having said these things, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem.
saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”
If anyone desires to do his will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is from God, or if I am speaking from myself.
Jesus answered, “My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I wouldn’t be delivered to the Jews. But now my Kingdom is not from here.”
When he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, to whom he also testified, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my heart, who will do all my will.’
When he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, “The Lord’s will be done.”
For we don’t have a high priest who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.
He, in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and petitions with strong crying and tears to him who was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear,
Sarah died in Kiriath Arba (also called Hebron), in the land of Canaan. Abraham came to mourn for Sarah, and to weep for her.
He settled his gaze steadfastly on him, until he was ashamed. Then the man of God wept.
When Hezekiah saw that Sennacherib had come, and that he was planning to fight against Jerusalem,
Didn’t I weep for him who was in trouble? Wasn’t my soul grieved for the needy?
Be exalted, Yahweh, in your strength, so we will sing and praise your power.
My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.
My eyes are dim from grief. I have called on you daily, Yahweh. I have spread out my hands to you.
“Behold, the days come,” says Yahweh, “that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and he will reign as king and deal wisely, and will execute justice and righteousness in the land.
now therefore hear Yahweh’s word, O remnant of Judah: Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says, ‘If you indeed set your faces to enter into Egypt, and go to live there;
Their wings were joined to one another. They didn’t turn when they went. Each one went straight forward.
Because you saw that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God has made known to the king what will happen hereafter. The dream is certain, and its interpretation sure.”
He will set his face to come with the strength of his whole kingdom, and with him equitable conditions. He will perform them. He will give him the daughter of women, to corrupt her; but she will not stand, and won’t be for him.
Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
He will not strive, nor shout; neither will anyone hear his voice in the streets.
He said to her, “What do you want?” She said to him, “Command that these, my two sons, may sit, one on your right hand, and one on your left hand, in your Kingdom.”
Arise, let’s be going. Behold, he who betrays me is at hand.”
Looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” that is, “Be opened!”
Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be filled. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.
It came to pass, when the days were near that he should be taken up, he intently set his face to go to Jerusalem
As they went on the way, a certain man said to him, “I want to follow you wherever you go, Lord.”
But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
Then after this he said to the disciples, “Let’s go into Judea again.”
Jesus wept.
Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
When Jesus had said this, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, “Most certainly I tell you that one of you will betray me.”
I came from the Father, and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.”
until the day in which he was received up, after he had given commandment through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen.
“Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord,
God, having raised up his servant Jesus, sent him to you first to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your wickedness.”
Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture, preached to him about Jesus.
Now, behold, I go bound by the Spirit to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there;
We proclaim him, admonishing every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus;
Aren’t they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
He set another parable before them, saying, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field;
and that he may send Christ Jesus, who was ordained for you before,
