When he finished talking with him, God went up from Abraham.
David was greatly distressed; for the people spoke of stoning him, because the souls of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters; but David strengthened himself in Yahweh his God.
As they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” They came and took hold of his feet, and worshiped him.
Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.
But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
They sought again to seize him, and he went out of their hand.
The disciples asked him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just trying to stone you. Are you going there again?”
God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. She went, filled the container with water, and gave the boy a drink.
When Joshua was by Jericho, he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man stood in front of him with his sword drawn in his hand. Joshua went to him and said to him, “Are you for us, or for our enemies?”
Elisha prayed, and said, “Yahweh, please open his eyes, that he may see.” Yahweh opened the young man’s eyes; and he saw: and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire around Elisha.
Therefore Jews took up stones again to stone him.
Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Yahweh went his way, as soon as he had finished communing with Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.
Moses cried to Yahweh, saying, “What shall I do with these people? They are almost ready to stone me.”
He who blasphemes Yahweh’s name, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. The foreigner as well as the native-born shall be put to death when he blasphemes the Name.
Then Yahweh opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw Yahweh’s angel standing in the way, with his sword drawn in his hand; and he bowed his head, and fell on his face.
Lifting up their eyes, they saw no one, except Jesus alone.
They rose up, threw him out of the city, and led him to the brow of the hill that their city was built on, that they might throw him off the cliff.
But he, passing through the middle of them, went his way.
But he who was healed didn’t know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a crowd being in the place.
Therefore they took up stones to throw at him, but Jesus was hidden, and went out of the temple, having gone through the middle of them, and so passed by.
When she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, and didn’t know that it was Jesus.
But when day had already come, Jesus stood on the beach, yet the disciples didn’t know that it was Jesus.
Now I say this, brothers, that flesh and blood can’t inherit God’s Kingdom; neither does the perishable inherit imperishable.
Yahweh came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men built.
They struck the men who were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
God went up from him in the place where he spoke with him.
Joseph recognized his brothers, but they didn’t recognize him.
Moses hurried and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped.
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses didn’t know that the skin of his face shone by reason of his speaking with him.
He took up his parable, and said, “Balaam the son of Beor says, the man whose eyes are open says;
he says, who hears the words of God, who sees the vision of the Almighty, falling down, and having his eyes open:
he says, who hears the words of God, knows the knowledge of the Most High, and who sees the vision of the Almighty, Falling down, and having his eyes open:
Then Yahweh’s angel stretched out the end of the staff that was in his hand, and touched the meat and the unleavened cakes; and fire went up out of the rock and consumed the meat and the unleavened cakes. Then Yahweh’s angel departed out of his sight.
For when the flame went up toward the sky from off the altar, Yahweh’s angel ascended in the flame of the altar. Manoah and his wife watched; and they fell on their faces to the ground.
and Saul threw the spear, for he said, “I will pin David to the wall!” David escaped from his presence twice.
Saul sought to pin David to the wall with the spear; but he slipped away out of Saul’s presence, and he stuck the spear into the wall. David fled, and escaped that night.
As Yahweh your God lives, there is no nation or kingdom where my lord has not sent to seek you. When they said, ‘He is not here,’ he took an oath of the kingdom and nation, that they didn’t find you.
He went in therefore, and shut the door on them both, and prayed to Yahweh.
Elisha said to them, “This is not the way, neither is this the city. Follow me, and I will bring you to the man whom you seek.” He led them to Samaria.
When they had come into Samaria, Elisha said, “Yahweh, open these men’s eyes, that they may see.” Yahweh opened their eyes, and they saw; and behold, they were in the middle of Samaria.
David lifted up his eyes, and saw Yahweh’s angel standing between earth and the sky, having a drawn sword in his hand stretched out over Jerusalem. Then David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell on their faces.
Put them in fear, Yahweh. Let the nations know that they are only men.
Why have you prophesied in Yahweh’s name, saying, ‘This house will be like Shiloh, and this city will be desolate, without inhabitant?’ ” All the people were crowded around Jeremiah in Yahweh’s house.
The king commanded Jerahmeel the king’s son, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son of Abdeel, to arrest Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet; but Yahweh hid them.
Suddenly looking around, they saw no one with them any more, except Jesus only.
After these things he was revealed in another form to two of them, as they walked, on their way into the country.
came behind him, and touched the fringe of his cloak. Immediately the flow of her blood stopped.
But I tell you the truth: There are some of those who stand here who will in no way taste of death until they see God’s Kingdom.”
When the voice came, Jesus was found alone. They were silent, and told no one in those days any of the things which they had seen.
In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom.
For this cause the Jews persecuted Jesus, and sought to kill him, because he did these things on the Sabbath.
They sought therefore to take him; but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.
Jesus spoke these words in the treasury, as he taught in the temple. Yet no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.
I know that you are Abraham’s offspring, yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you.
Now the chief priests and the Pharisees had commanded that if anyone knew where he was, he should report it, that they might seize him.
While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become children of light.” Jesus said these things, and he departed and hid himself from them.
Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his lord.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.
When therefore he said to them, “I am he,” they went backward, and fell to the ground.
Pilate therefore said to them, “Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law.” Therefore the Jews said to him, “It is illegal for us to put anyone to death,”
“We found the prison shut and locked, and the guards standing before the doors, but when we opened them, we found no one inside!”
But they cried out with a loud voice and stopped their ears, then rushed at him with one accord.
This was done three times, and immediately the vessel was received up into heaven.
But he, beckoning to them with his hand to be silent, declared to them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. He said, “Tell these things to James and to the brothers.” Then he departed and went to another place.
Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers about what had become of Peter.
to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
For consider him who has endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, that you don’t grow weary, fainting in your souls.
It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.
