Greek Text— Mark 2:23He was going on the Sabbath day through the grain fields, and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of grain.
Καὶ (Kai) ἐγένετο (egeneto) αὐτὸν (auton) ἐν (en) τοῖς (tois) σάββασιν (sabbasin) παραπορεύεσθαι (paraporeuesthai) διὰ (dia) τῶν (tōn) σπορίμων, (sporimōn) καὶ (kai) οἱ (hoi) μαθηταὶ (mathētai) αὐτοῦ (autou) ἤρξαντο (ērxanto) ὁδὸν (hodon) ποιεῖν (poiein) τίλλοντες (tillontes) τοὺς (tous) στάχυας.
