You go up to the feast. I am not yet going up to this feast, because my time is not yet fulfilled.”
Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.”
Yahweh says: “Behold, I will reverse the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have compassion on his dwelling places. The city will be built on its own hill, and the palace will be inhabited in its own place.
They sought therefore to take him; but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.
Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
Jesus said these things, then lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, “Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may also glorify you;
Jesus spoke these words in the treasury, as he taught in the temple. Yet no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.
He said, “Go into the city to a certain person, and tell him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is at hand. I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples.” ’ ”
But no one knows of that day and hour, not even the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay.
For the Father judges no one, but he has given all judgment to the Son,
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,
In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months; and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.
As for you, if you will walk before me, as David your father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, and will keep my statutes and my ordinances;
Blessed is Yahweh your God, who delighted in you, to set you on the throne of Israel. Because Yahweh loved Israel forever, therefore he made you king, to do justice and righteousness.”
You, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind; for Yahweh searches all hearts, and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts. If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever.
“Why aren’t times laid up by the Almighty? Why don’t those who know him see his days?
Rise up to help us. Redeem us for your loving kindness’ sake.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:
For there is a time and procedure for every purpose, although the misery of man is heavy on him.
Rejoice, young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth, and walk in the ways of your heart, and in the sight of your eyes; but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment.
For Yahweh will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land. The foreigner will join himself with them, and they will unite with the house of Jacob.
“Speak comfortably to Jerusalem; and call out to her that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received of Yahweh’s hand double for all her sins.”
For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will render to everyone according to his deeds.
But of that day or that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that this is he who is appointed by God as the Judge of the living and the dead.
But concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need that anything be written to you.
Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment,
If it seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, choose today whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh.”
Let Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him there king over Israel. Blow the trumpet, and say, ‘Long live king Solomon!’
Let them sing before Yahweh, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.
Then Yahweh’s angel replied, “O Yahweh of Armies, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which you have had indignation these seventy years?”
As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?”
but to sit at my right hand and at my left hand is not mine to give, but for whom it has been prepared.”
He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.
whom God raised up, having freed him from the agony of death, because it was not possible that he should be held by it.
For we must all be revealed before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may receive the things in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
But the heavens that exist now and the earth, by the same word have been stored up for fire, being reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
But don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
looking for and earnestly desiring the coming of the day of God, which will cause the burning heavens to be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat?
Beloved, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have boldness toward God;
May it be far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be like the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn’t the Judge of all the earth do right?”
The secret things belong to Yahweh our God; but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Then Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people made him head and chief over them. Jephthah spoke all his words before Yahweh in Mizpah.
Then Samuel said to the people, “Come! Let’s go to Gilgal, and renew the kingdom there.”
Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the middle of his brothers. Then Yahweh’s Spirit came mightily on David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up and went to Ramah.
They both made a covenant before Yahweh. Then David stayed in the woods, and Jonathan went to his house.
Abner said to David, “I will arise and go, and will gather all Israel to my lord the king, that they may make a covenant with you, and that you may reign over all that your soul desires.” David sent Abner away; and he went in peace.
Jehoiada made a covenant between Yahweh and the king and the people, that they should be Yahweh’s people; also between the king and the people.
So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron; and David made a covenant with them in Hebron before Yahweh; and they anointed David king over Israel, according to Yahweh’s word by Samuel.
Yahweh was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and didn’t seek the Baals,
He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness.
My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth.
before Yahweh; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.
Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to Yahweh’s law.
Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
I returned and saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happen to them all.
For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.
What will they answer the messengers of the nation? That Yahweh has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people will take refuge.
Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, says: “Yet again they will use this speech in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I reverse their captivity: ‘Yahweh bless you, habitation of righteousness, mountain of holiness.’
He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings, and sets up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those who have understanding.
He said, “Go your way, Daniel; for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.
I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.
When he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, to whom he also testified, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my heart, who will do all my will.’
He made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth, having determined appointed seasons, and the boundaries of their dwellings,
Now when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked; but others said, “We want to hear you again concerning this.”
in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Good News, by Jesus Christ.
to whom also Abraham divided a tenth part of all (being first, by interpretation, “king of righteousness”, and then also “king of Salem”, which means “king of peace”,
He said, “Far be it from me that I should do so. The man in whose hand the cup is found, he will be my slave; but as for you, go up in peace to your father.”
He went from year to year in a circuit to Bethel, Gilgal, and Mizpah; and he judged Israel in all those places.
The men of Judah came, and there they anointed David king over the house of Judah. They told David, “The men of Jabesh Gilead were those who buried Saul.”
So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron, and king David made a covenant with them in Hebron before Yahweh; and they anointed David king over Israel.
David reigned over all Israel; and David executed justice and righteousness for all his people.
So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.
You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.
I have done what is just and righteous. Don’t leave me to my oppressors.
I said in my heart, “God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.”
Jesus therefore said to them, “My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready.
He said to them, “It isn’t for you to know times or seasons which the Father has set within his own authority.
because he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he has ordained; of which he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead.”
