Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
Acceptance
By using Biblica Analytica ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service Provides
Biblica Analytica is a free biblical research platform offering interlinear text analysis, cross-reference networks, prophecy analysis, synoptic comparison, and AI-assisted word studies. The Service is provided "as is" for educational and personal study purposes.
Free Use
The Service is free to use for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but the free tier will always be substantial — no bait and switch.
Data Sources and Attribution
Biblical text and linguistic data is sourced from STEPBible TIPNR and OpenBible, both under CC BY 4.0 licenses. If you redistribute data obtained from this Service, you must maintain these attributions. Our own analysis and presentation is copyrighted.
AI-Generated Content
Word study syntheses are generated by AI and clearly labeled. These are aids to study, not authoritative theological statements. AI-generated content uses only lexicon and verse data as context — never training knowledge — but may still contain errors. Always verify against the source text.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Abuse the API with automated scraping beyond reasonable use
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits
- Use the Service to harass, mislead, or harm others
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own scholarly work
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of analysis, availability of the Service, or suitability for any particular purpose. Probability calculations, cross-reference networks, and AI syntheses are analytical tools, not theological authority.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biblica Analytica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
