For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
“I tell you, keep asking, and it will be given you. Keep seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and it will be opened to you.
even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—
For this cause it is of faith, that it may be according to grace, to the end that the promise may be sure to all the offspring, not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.
They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.
All those whom the Father gives me will come to me. He who comes to me I will in no way throw out.
No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.
And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”
“Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
He said, “If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.”
Heal me, O Yahweh, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise.
One who believes in the Son has eternal life, but one who disobeys the Son won’t see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.”
Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”
that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions.
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
She said, “No one, Lord.” Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.”
and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.
But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.
Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me.
I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.
She shall give birth to a son. You shall name him Jesus, for it is he who shall save his people from their sins.”
Behold, they brought to him a man who was paralyzed, lying on a bed. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “Son, cheer up! Your sins are forgiven you.”
Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven.
Jesus said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.
He said, “For this cause I have said to you that no one can come to me, unless it is given to him by my Father.”
When they had arrived, and had gathered the assembly together, they reported all the things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith to the nations.
So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.
Samuel said, “Has Yahweh as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying Yahweh’s voice? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams.
Yahweh my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me.
He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
“If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.
and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this, which you now see and hear.
But to him who doesn’t work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.
How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?
and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might
who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
who by the power of God are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Then Eli answered, “Go in peace; and may the God of Israel grant your petition that you have asked of him.”
You have delivered me from the strivings of the people. You have made me the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known shall serve me.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
“Behold, my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights: I have put my Spirit on him. He will bring justice to the nations.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.
“Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.
But you go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
Then Jesus answered her, “Woman, great is your faith! Be it done to you even as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.
But Jesus, when he heard the message spoken, immediately said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Don’t be afraid, only believe.”
Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
For there is born to you today, in David’s city, a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.”
This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”
Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Now when the synagogue broke up, many of the Jews and of the devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas; who, speaking to them, urged them to continue in the grace of God.
Judas and Silas, also being prophets themselves, encouraged the brothers with many words and strengthened them.
to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.
For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.
Through Silvanus, our faithful brother, as I consider him, I have written to you briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God in which you stand.
keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin; and who will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the children’s children, on the third and on the fourth generation.”
There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job. That man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God, and turned away from evil.
But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, “Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.
When he had come into the house, the blind men came to him. Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They told him, “Yes, Lord.”
But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Cheer up! It is I! Don’t be afraid.”
Jesus said to him, “Go your way. Your faith has made you well.” Immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus on the way.
He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.”
Then he said to him, “Get up, and go your way. Your faith has healed you.”
Jesus said to him, “Receive your sight. Your faith has healed you.”
Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “Behold, you are made well. Sin no more, so that nothing worse happens to you.”
and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
She was with child. She cried out in pain, laboring to give birth.
He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease.”
Seeing their faith, he said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”
He said to her, “Daughter, cheer up. Your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”
He was listening to Paul speaking, who, fastening eyes on him, and seeing that he had faith to be made whole,
He said, “Don’t lay your hand on the boy or do anything to him. For now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from me.”
who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,
Behold, for peace I had great anguish, but you have in love for my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption; for you have cast all my sins behind your back.
After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light and be satisfied. My righteous servant will justify many by the knowledge of himself; and he will bear their iniquities.
and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.
God exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins.
who, when he had come, and had seen the grace of God, was glad. He exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they should remain near to the Lord.
For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep.
Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ,
for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
